How do I handle updates like adding departments or closing facilities?

Adding Facilities

  1. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
  2. Go to 'Organization.'
  3. Navigate to the 'Facilities' tab.
  4. Click on 'New Facility' to add a facility.
  5. Enter the details of the new facility.
  6. Once done, click on 'Create Facility.'

Removing/Disabling Facilities

  1. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
  2. Go to 'Organization.'
  3. Head to the 'Facilities' tab.
  4. Find the facility you want to remove and click on the three dots (aka 'Kebab').
  5. Select 'Disable this Facility' to temporarily disable the facility (can be re-enabled later) OR select 'Delete Facility' to permanently remove the facility from the website.

Adding Departments

  1. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
  2. Go to 'Organization.'
  3. Navigate to the 'Departments' tab.
  4. Click on 'New Department' to add a department.
  5. Enter the details of the new department.
  6. Once done, click on 'Create Department.'

Removing/Disabling Departments

  1. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
  2. Go to 'Organization.'
  3. Head to the 'Departments' tab.
  4. Find the department you want to remove and click on the three dots (aka 'Kebab').
